To book for a social or event, please fill in your details below and select the social date you would like to attend.
If submitted correctly you will receive an automated response, if you don't receive one, please submit again.
Within 2 business days I will get back to you personally confirming your booking.

All Socials & events are pre booked only.

Payment is required for each date requested at time of booking

Early Bird pricing may be withdrawn at any time. Please refer to the flyer for pricing

Once you have made your booking request. A confirmation email will be sent to you

All dancers will have assigned table/seating. Unless specified who you would like to sit with, you will be placed on a table/seat with other student we think you may know.

GREYSTANES socials: All socials at Greystanes are refundable/transferable with 8 or more days notice. 7 days prior to any social date your entry fee in non refundable or transferable. A name change is permitted

GLENWOOD socials: All socials at Glenwood are refundable/transferable with 8 or more days notice. 7 days prior to any social date your entry fee in non refundable or transferable. These socials are not part of the weekly cap

CARLINGFORD events: All events at Carlingford are refundable/transferable with 30 days notice. Less then 30 days notice before each event date, your entry fee in non refundable or transferable. A name change is permitted

Cruise Party: Full payment is due at time of booking. Of which $69.00 is a non refundable deposit if you change your mind up to 30 days out from the cruise date. Less then 30 days before the departure date, your cruise fee is non refundable. You are welcome to transfer to someone else.

Name changes are permitted on all events run by J B Talbot Line Dancers and must be supplied in writing to jbtalbot@iinet.net.au

J B Talbot Line Dancers has the right to make changes to socials and events at any time. If you have already made a booking and payment and the date/time changes, you will be entitled to a refund/transfer if you cannot make it. In the unlikely event a workshop instructor is unable to make it, a suitable replacement will be used with no option of a refund if within our cancelation period as detailed above.
